Delivery
Delivery is sent as a registered post with An Post within 1/2 working days on all Republic of Ireland orders at a flat rate shipping charge of €7.00
International Deliveries: the UK & mainland Europe 3/4 working days. All others 7/8 working days. delivery charges will be calculated automatically online at ‘checkout’. More info in this document.
We will contact you within two working days if we are not able to deliver the item within this period. You will receive an email from An Post with details of when your delivery is due. Should you not be at the address to accept your order, please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept it for you. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which the products become your sole responsibility. You will be liable for any additional charges incurred in the completion of delivery or the returning of goods, due to incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you. If your order is returned to us ‘undelivered’ or ‘not collected’ due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page prior to ordering.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
If your goods do not arrive within the above-stated schedule, please contact us and we will contact the carrier.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or should you feel it necessary to return an item, you may cancel the contract for this purchase by contacting sales@lynchschooluniforms.com within 14 days of delivery of the items to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in its original packaging to FAO Web Returns, Lynch’s Of Marino. 130 Philipsburgh Avenue, Marino, Dublin 3. Eircode D03 H7F8
For hygiene reasons, we do not refund/exchange socks or children’s Pex tights.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. The item should be returned to us in its original condition.
Once we receive the item back, we will refund the price paid by you for that item or if the item is defective will repair the item or supply you with a replacement item.
JANSPORT LIFETIME GUARANTEE
JanSport’s policy is to repair backpacks that they deem are covered under their lifetime warranty. You can send your bag back to JanSport at https://www.jansport.com/customer-service/lifetime-warranty.html
or alternatively, you can return it to us washed, with your full contact details and we can return it on your behalf.
The repair takes approximately 2/3 weeks, as soon as it’s complete we will contact you with the An Post tracking number, P&P will apply at a fixed amount of €5.00.
Click And Collect
In-store Collection Service
We are delighted to offer a complimentary Collect In-store service. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘collect in store’ and we will have your order ready for collection at the shop within 24 hours (Notification text sent when order ready for collection), if the item is on backorder you will be contacted by one of our sales team.
When you visit us to collect your purchase, please supply your confirmation email or photographic identification. We are also happy to view confirmation emails on smartphones or tablets if a printout is unavailable.
What times can I collect my order?
You may collect your order during our opening hours:
- Monday – Saturday 9:30 am- 5:30 pm, closed Wednesday & Sunday.
Where Is The Collection Point Instore?
You may present your order confirmation to a member of staff who will source your order for you.
Can I Return My Purchase Instore?
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it in-store. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will organize a refund to the credit card which was used as payment through Stripe.
